Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the CardWizz application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. App Store Terms

These terms are in addition to:

  • Apple's App Store Terms of Service for iOS users
  • Google Play Terms of Service for Android users

The respective app stores are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features require an auto-renewing subscription:

  • Payment will be charged to your App Store/Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings in the App Store/Google Play Store

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled by:

  • Apple App Store for iOS users: Through your iPhone/iPad Settings or iTunes account
  • Google Play Store for Android users: Through the Google Play Store app or website

We cannot directly process refunds as payments are handled by the respective app stores.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Use the app for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer
  • Transfer your account to another user

7. User Content

You retain all rights to your collection data. By using cloud backup, you grant us the right to store and process your data.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services that have their own Terms of Service. Including but not limited to:

  • Payment processing by Apple App Store/Google Play Store
  • Analytics services
  • Cloud storage providers

9. App Store Compliance

This App:

  • Does not contain objectionable content
  • Complies with all app store privacy requirements
  • Only collects data necessary for core functionality
  • Requires users to be 13 years or older

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

11. Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate corresponding to your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

12. Refund Policy

Payments for Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. Any refund requests will be handled in accordance with Apple's App Store policies.

13. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Upon request by law enforcement
  • Extended periods of inactivity
